1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SeekSignals mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the free tier and premium tier.

2. Description of Service

SeekSignals is a mobile application available on the Solana dApp Store that provides cryptocurrency and commodities trading signal analysis. The App uses technical analysis indicators, artificial intelligence, and publicly available market data to generate trading signal information for educational and informational purposes only.

The App covers the following assets:

Free Tier: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Gold (XAU/USD)
Premium Tier: The above plus 20 altcoin perpetual futures signals via Drift Protocol

3. Not Financial Advice

SeekSignals is an educational tool only. Nothing in the App or on this website constitutes:

Financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice
A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
A solicitation to trade any cryptocurrency or financial product
A guarantee of profit or protection against loss

You should always conduct your own independent research and consult with a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Premium Access and Payments

Premium access to SeekSignals requires:

A Solana Mobile Seeker device
A Seeker Genesis NFT held in your connected wallet
A one-time payment of 0.2 SOL to the SeekSignals treasury wallet

This payment is made on-chain via the Solana blockchain and is non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed. The premium access is tied to the wallet address that holds the Seeker Genesis NFT at the time of payment. We are not responsible for loss of access due to loss of wallet credentials or transfer of the NFT to another wallet.

SeekSignals reserves the right to modify the premium price, eligibility requirements, or features at any time with reasonable notice. Existing premium users will retain their access under the terms at the time of their payment.

5. Accuracy of Signals

All signals generated by the App are based on historical price data, technical indicators, and AI-generated analysis. We make no representation or warranty that:

Any signal will result in a profitable trade
The data sourced from third-party APIs (Binance, CoinGecko, Twelve Data) is accurate or up to date
The AI analysis is free from error or bias
Signals will be delivered in a timely manner

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. Market conditions can change instantly and without warning, rendering any signal inaccurate or harmful if acted upon.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms:

Binance API — market data and OHLCV candles
CoinGecko API — price and market cap data
Twelve Data API — Gold (XAU/USD) price data
Groq AI API — AI-powered signal analysis
Helius RPC — Solana blockchain and NFT verification
Drift Protocol — perpetual futures trading platform (linked only)
Phantom / Backpack — wallet connectivity via Mobile Wallet Adapter

SeekSignals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of these third-party services. Any interaction with these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you:

Are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
Have the legal right to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction
Are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make based on App content
Will not hold SeekSignals liable for any losses arising from the use of App signals
Will maintain the security of your wallet credentials and private keys
Will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the App to:

Engage in market manipulation or illegal trading activities
Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
Redistribute or resell signal data commercially without written consent
Use automated systems to scrape or copy signal data
Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to the signal engine algorithms, user interface design, branding, and written content, is the intellectual property of SeekSignals and its developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeekSignals and its developers shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Losses arising from technical failures, API downtime, or inaccurate data
Any decisions made based on App signals or AI analysis

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Availability and Updates

SeekSignals does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the App or its data sources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes where reasonably practicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
